I highly recommend Doug. He is hard working, easy to work with, very responsible and trustworthy. We had a property to rent in Thousand Oaks. The Tenant moved out Sunday night, and by Tuesday, he already had a great handyman there touching up the place. In addition, he personally helped clean the property to get the house in excellent shape to list and show prospective tenant. As a result of his efforts, the house was rented out in ONE DAY!
